Recommended locations for infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and video across all modules of Course 211: Tripod Method for Reflective Supervision
Guiding Principles
Place a visual element every 2-3 pages minimum. Use infographics for models and frameworks, process diagrams for sequential concepts, scenario illustrations for dialogue content, and video for demonstrations. All visuals must use the MI brand palette.

Tripod Model Balance (Page 4)
Illustration Balance scale or seesaw visual showing what happens when supervision becomes unbalanced (too much accountability vs too much support).
Introduction (Page 1)
Infographic CREATED reflective-balance-feedback-model.svg — Three-stage circular diagram: Affirm → Reflect → Rebalance.
Stage 1: Affirming (Page 3)
Diagram Visual showing what "affirming" looks like in practice: specific language examples, body language cues, and the impact on the supervisee. Could use speech bubble design.
Stage 1 Practical Example (Page 4)
Video Role-play video (3-5 min) demonstrating the affirming stage in a supervision session.
Stage 2: Reflective Growth (Page 7)

Diagram Side-by-side comparison of debriefing models (e.g., CISD, PFA, Reflective Debrief) showing their key steps and appropriate contexts.
Stress Mapping (Page 4)
Infographic Stress response diagram showing the physiological and psychological impacts of critical incidents, with a body-map style illustration.
Boundaries (Page 9)

Overview (Page 1)
Infographic CREATED seven-eyed-model.svg — Seven circles arranged around a central hub, each labelled with its lens focus.
Each Lens "At a Glance"
Diagram For each of the 7 lenses, create a focused single-lens diagram highlighting that lens within the overall model (grey out the other 6, spotlight the active one). This creates a consistent visual thread across all 7 lens sections.
Lens 1: Client System
Illustration Eco-map style diagram showing the client within their system context: family, culture, community, legal system, support services.
Lens 4: Practitioner Self
Infographic Self-awareness domains: emotional responses, values, biases, assumptions, triggers. A radial or wheel diagram.
Lens 7: Wider Context
Diagram Concentric circles showing layers of context: individual practice → organisation → profession → regulatory environment → society.

Stage 1: Concrete Experience
Video Brief video (2-3 min) showing a concrete mediation experience that becomes the starting point for the learning cycle.
Each Stage Overview
Diagram Similar to Module 5's approach: for each stage, show the full cycle with the current stage highlighted and the others greyed out. Maintains visual continuity.
