If you're having trouble with online learning platforms or video meetings, reach out to Tracey Cadman. She'll either help you directly or connect you with the right person on our team. By the end of this course, you'll be confident facilitating online meetings—an essential skill for modern professional practice.

We recognise that everyone learns differently and comes to this course with different experiences. If you'd like support with reading, writing, or numeracy as you progress through the course, we're here to help—confidentially and without judgment.
